TERMINOLOGY

“Contest” refers to the NRL Grand Final Match Tickets draw contest run by Top Blokes Foundation in September 2023.

"Entrant" refers to a user who enters the contest for a chance to win the prize.

"Winner" refers to an entrant who has been announced as a winner and has claimed their prize.

"Program" refers to Top Blokes Foundation's Mentoring Programs.

“Mentor” refers to qualified youth workers employed by Top Blokes Foundation.

“Match” refers to the NRL Grand Final match occurring on Sunday, 1st October 2023.

• The contest opens on Monday, 18 September 2023 at 7pm AEST and closes on Sunday, 24 September 2023 at 11:59pm AEST. No further entries will be collected after this point. The winners of the prizes will be drawn on Monday, 25 September 2023 at 12pm AEST.

• The prizes are two (2) NRL Grand Final ticket packs. Each ticket pack includes one (1) match ticket to the NRL Grand Final match occurring on Sunday, 1st October 2023.

• For an entry to be eligible, an individual must complete the Graduate Club application form to join the Top Blokes Graduate Club, tick the box to confirm contest participation in the form, and have received a confirmation email with an allocated contest entry number.

• Contest entrants must:

  • Be aged 11 or older at the time of contest entry; and

  • Have graduated from a Top Blokes Program or be on track to graduate by the end of school term 2 of 2023; and

  • Be located in New South Wales, Australia; and

  • Be available to attend the match on Sunday, 1 October 2023.

• Employees of Top Blokes Foundation or any person associated with the contest and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

• In the Graduate Club application form, entrants and guests will need to provide the necessary Top Blokes Program participation details to Top Blokes Foundation. Top Blokes Foundation will check these details against their database to confirm Program graduation.

• Only one (1) contest entry per individual is permitted.

• Entries and creation of entries must not include anything illegal or dangerous. Doing so may result in the relevant entries being disqualified from the contest and/or reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• The prizes are subject to the decisions and terms and conditions of the match and training day organisers. Top Blokes Foundation claims no responsibility for match or training day cancellations or revisions, or non-attendance by winners due to illness or other unforeseeable circumstances. In the instance that a match or training day is cancelled, revised, or cannot be attended, the prizes will not be exchanged or replaced.

• A maximum of two (2) Mentors from Top Blokes Foundation will be accompanying winners to the match.

• On the contest draw date (Monday, 25 September 2023), all contest entry numbers will be added to a random number generator, and two (2) winning numbers will be drawn. Winners’ full names and entry numbers will be posted on Top Blokes Foundation’s Instagram channel (@topblokesfoundation) on Monday, 25 September 2023 and will remain there for a minimum of 30 days.

• From Monday, 25 September 2023, all reasonable steps will be taken to contact the winners, however any prizes that remain unclaimed by Wednesday, 27 September 2023 will be forfeited and will go into another random draw with the existing pool of entrants, bar the already-drawn winners. This ‘unclaimed prize draw’ will take place on Thursday, 28 September 2023 at 12pm (AEST). In this instance, the winners will be announced on the Top Blokes Parramatta Eels Match Tickets Draw Terms & Conditions webpage, with their full names and entry numbers on display for a minimum of 30 days.

• All winners will receive their prize via email. Any issues receiving these prizes should be directed to gradclub@topblokes.org.au

• Winners and guests must arrange their own transport to the match and training day.

• The content of contest entries will be owned by Top Blokes Foundation, as well as photos taken on the day of the match. These may be used for marketing and communications purposes at the discretion of Top Blokes Foundation. All entrants are within their right to withdraw consent of content use at any time, which will prohibit any further use of an entrant's content (past use is not included).
