Top Blokes Foundation is seeking two experienced and values-aligned Non-Executive Directors to join its Board as the organisation enters a new phase of strategic growth.

As a Board Member, you will contribute to strong governance, strategic direction and long-term sustainability, while championing the organisation’s mission to support healthier futures for boys and young men across Australia.

This role is suited to leaders with experience in governance, education, philanthropy, government, advocacy or senior leadership who are passionate about meaningful social impact.

Regional Coordinator – Gold Coast

Lead with purpose. Drive impact at a regional level.

Top Blokes Foundation is seeking a dynamic and values-led Regional Coordinator to lead the delivery and growth of our programs across the Gold Coast.

In this role, you will oversee program implementation, build and strengthen partnerships with schools and community stakeholders, and lead a team of committed Youth Workers. You will play a key role in creating safe, supportive spaces where boys and young men can explore wellbeing, identity and healthy relationships.
