Every young man deserves to feel seen, valued and supported. Top Blokes Ambassador, @drjustincoulson , shares his reflections after attending a Top Blokes graduation.
He came to honour a group of young men who, after months of hard work over the last two terms, showed strength, growth and a genuine bond with one another.
With facilitators like Reece and Joel in their corner, these boys are walking out stronger and more sure of who they are.

This week, we saw some amazing young men across NSW graduate from the Top Blokes program. Over the past few months, they’ve shown up for themselves and each other, learning to have tough conversations, build resilience, and look out for their mates.

Thanks to new funding from the NSW Government, we’re expanding our mentoring programs to reach every primary and high school in Cessnock.
Over the next 3 years, 756 boys will take part in weekly sessions where they’ll explore identity, respectful relationships, consent, emotional regulation, and what it really means to be a good mate and strong leader.
Today we met with @jodieharrisonmp and @timcrakanthorp who officially announced the funding.
We’re proud to be part of a community-led movement to build real and long term measurable change. We were one of 11 organisations selected under the NSW Government’s Primary Prevention Multi-Year Partnerships Grant Program – a major investment to stop domestic, family and sexual violence before it starts.
We will back the boys, shift the culture and build the future. Thank you to everyone for your support.
