Help us create a world where no one feels like they are on their own. Be part of our movement.
Yesterday was International Women’s Day, so today we’re celebrating the incredible women at Top Blokes who dedicate their time, belief and expertise to supporting young men to live healthy, safe and respectful lives.
In honour of International Women’s Day, we’re proud to shine a spotlight on the women at Top Blokes who are helping shape stronger futures for young men and the communities around them.
Every day, they walk alongside young men, building trust, encouraging growth and helping young people discover their strengths. Here’s to you all ladies and to everyone working in the youth mental health space. Thank you for all you do to support others.

Meet the team… the baby edition.
Yes, we’re jumping on the trend to show you the tiny humans behind the scenes.
This year, Top Blokes turns 20. That’s two decades of supporting boys and young men to live healthy and safe lives.
Every person you see here – and many who aren’t pictured – was once a small human with big dreams, ambitions and goals.
Now we’re living those dreams by showing up for the next generation. Creating spaces where young men can grow, be themselves, and step into the world with empathy, confidence and curiosity.
Every Top Bloke starts somewhere.

Real change doesn’t happen overnight.
In the Top Blokes Workplace Program, we take 8 weeks to really dive into the topics. This consistent rhythm gives young men the space to reflect, return with questions, and actually apply what they’ve learned in real time.
It’s about more than just a workshop – it’s about building the trust and habits that create a stronger, safer team culture.

“Even myself personally have gone and try to access more positive content… and the algorithm still decides to feed the negative content.”
Last week at the NSW Parliamentary Inquiry into Measures to Combat Right-Wing Extremism, Hayden shared the reality of being a young man online. Even when you go looking for the good stuff, the algorithm has other plans.
The solution? We need to flood the digital space with counter content. We shouldn’t just be telling young men what to avoid – we need to create positive, relatable content that is pushed by the algorithm, not buried by it. And the tech companies need to be accountable and responsible for what we are fed.
