@movember’s latest research confirms what we see:
63% of young men regularly engage with masculinity influencers. Many feel motivated and inspired. But they also report higher rates of distress, worthlessness, and risky health behaviours.
The structure and motivation some influencers provide often come with regressive ideas about gender, and a growing sense of resentment.
At Top Blokes, we’re proud to offer a different path:

A big day of values, vision and VR!
Last week’s Youth Ambassador Council meeting was all about digging deep and thinking big – with our NSW crew in Sydney and the QLD boys in Brisbane, we linked up across states to bounce ideas, share values, and shape what’s next for Top Blokes.
We kicked off with a values workshop run by Youth Worker Toby, where it was clear the boys had a lot in common. Then we dived into the Supporter Program with Dr Christina – the guys shared their take on some survey results and gave thoughtful feedback on how young men connect with families and support network, and how we can help spark those convos beyond the program.
And of course, we wrapped it up with a bit of VR gaming – the perfect way to balance the big convos with some well-earned fun.

Real talk and fast laps – the Cessnock Grad Club boys showed up today.
We kicked things off with QPR suicide prevention training, where the boys leaned into meaningful convos about how to support their mates and have the tough chats when it really matters. Then it was off to the Go-Kart track for some friendly competition, a few laughs, and the kind of banter that builds brotherhood.
Today wasn’t just about fun – with Matt, Jade and Aaron leading the way, the boys were able to connect and walk away with skills that’ll stick with them long after the engines stop.
