Delivery Partners

You bring the local knowledge.

We bring what works.

You know your community. We know what works for young men.

Partner with Top Blokes Foundation to deliver proven youth mentoring programs that are already changing lives across Australia.

All over Australia, boys and young men are navigating mental health challenges, identity, relationships, and pressure from all sides.

And the truth is – this isn’t something we solve from a distance. Real impact happens locally. At Top Blokes, we’re on a mission to provide mentoring programs to every young man in Australia, from the city to the bush.

That’s why we partner with local organisations in regional and rural areas – who are already showing up, building trust and supporting young people every day through regional youth support programs.

Together, we can:

  • Reach young men earlier
  • Deliver the right support, in the right place
  • Create lasting change in local communities

As a Delivery Partner, you deliver Top Blokes programs directly to boys and young men in your community.

You already have the trust, relationships and local knowledge. We bring the structure, training and proven program.

Top Blokes equips you with everything you need to deliver youth mentoring programs in Australia with confidence – and to do it safely.

You’ll:

  • Deliver programs in schools and community settings
  • Engage young men through your existing networks
  • Facilitate structured, evidence-based workshops

We’re here to work alongside you – building long-term capability in your community and supporting you to tackle the challenges young men are facing locally.

Local impact in action

Blue Sky community services

When Blue Sky Community Services partnered with Top Blokes, the goal was simple – bring meaningful support to the young men in the Coffs Harbour region.
Since then, they’ve delivered 13 programs reaching 107 young men across primary and high schools.
The result? Stronger connections, more open conversations, and real shifts in confidence, behaviour, and wellbeing.
This is what it looks like when local knowledge meets a proven youth mentoring program in Australia.
