Last week, we kicked off our Top Blokes graduations across Queensland! 🎓

To mark the milestone, Youth Worker Nathan sat down with a few of the graduates to reflect on what they’re taking away from the program.

POST-TRAINING INTERVIEWS 🎤🏉

There was a clear theme in our session with Kieran Foran over the weekend. Here’s what stood out:

1. Values: Kieran spoke about the importance of having values and how the Titans live by them on and off the field. It reminded the boys that what you stand for matters – not just in sport, but in life.

2. Communication: It’s not just for team sports. Communicating openly, checking in, and backing your mates helps build stronger relationships everywhere.

3. Speak up: It’s not weak to speak – it takes real courage. The boys walked away knowing that opening up is a strength, not something to hide. 
Massive thanks again to @kieranforan and the Titans for showing up for these young men in such a powerful way.

Wow – what an unforgettable day!

On Sunday, 10 of our Grad Club boys in QLD were treated to an exclusive experience with Top Blokes Ambassador @kieranforan at the Gold Coast Titans’ Training Centre.

They: 🏉 Ran footy drills, defensive strategies and kick tennis with Kieran on the official training field 🙌 Met the NRLW team and watched part of their training session 🏟️ Got a behind-the-scenes tour of the facilities 🎤 Had a Q&A with Kieran about life on and off the field

A massive thank you to the @gctitans, the @gctitansnrlw and Kieran Foran for giving our boys a day they won’t forget. They walked away feeling inspired, connected and part of something bigger.

Grad Club Coordinator, Nick said “The boys came from different backgrounds, but they left with a stronger connection and more respect for the bloke next to them.”

The Grad Club gives young men the chance to connect with strong role models and supportive communities – and this day nailed it.
