Terms and Conditions: Supporter Survey

PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Eligibility:
    • Entry is open to residents of New South Wales (NSW) and Queensland (QLD) aged 18 years and over.
    • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
  2. Entry Requirements:
    • To enter, participants must complete the designated survey during the Promotion Period.
    • Eligibility for the giveaway is limited to participants who meet the survey criteria and complete it in full. Participants who do not qualify to proceed past the eligibility questions will not be entered into the giveaway.
    • Each individual may enter the draw only once.
  3. Promotion Period:
    • The promotion commences on Monday 24 March 2025  and closes on Friday 4 April at 12.00pm (“Promotion Period”).
    • Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
  4. Prize:
    • The prize consists of two (2) T-shirts.
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  5. Draw and Winner Selection:
    • The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries on Monday 7 April.
    • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  1. Winner Notification:
    • The winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days of the draw.
    • If the winner does not respond within five (5) days, a redraw will take place with the existing pool of entrants, bar the already-drawn winner.
  2. Prize Delivery:
    • The winner will be given a code to order their prize through the Top Blokes website. 
  3. Privacy:
    • Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
  4. General Conditions:
    • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise that are beyond its control.
    • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries due to technical issues.
    • By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
  5. Governing Law:
    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and Queensland, Australia.
